WHY SERENDIPIA LEARNING
Throughout our professional journey, we have been part of various organizations with diverse work cultures, business models, and industry dynamics. In each of these experiences, we noticed one common problem – the quality of training.
We have observed disjointed onboarding processes, outdated modules, and inadequate preparation for actual job expectations time after time, in company after company. These disappointing scenarios made us realize the importance of receiving high-quality training for an employee’s success.
Lack of proper training left us feeling lost during new roles or projects, as expectations seemed extremely high, with preparatory support being painfully low. These experiences drove our ambition to change this situation once and for all so that no future professional has to go through such taxing situations like we did.
Our frustration sparked an idea – what if we could create a service designed to empower every employee with adequate knowledge and skills? Fueled by first-hand experiences of struggle due to poorly structured training against excruciatingly heavy job demands, we decided to create our platform aimed explicitly at providing high-quality, comprehensive job training solutions.
